The 7-day free trial unlocks Pro and Max features, with up to 30 contacts and 50 Pro scans during the trial. After the trial, your subscription renews at the price above unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. If you do not subscribe, your contacts are kept, and custom tags and stages made during the trial are retained for 30 days so you can export them or subscribe to keep them. Cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Plus is a one-time purchase: pay once, keep it, nothing renews.

Is there a limit on how many contacts I can keep?
Free keeps up to 30 contacts. Plus lifts the cap for a one-time purchase; Pro and Max have no cap either. Deleting a contact frees its slot.
What is the difference between Plus and Pro?
Plus is Free without the limits: unlimited contacts, no ads, file import, paid once. Pro adds AI-powered Pro scans, LINE and Google Calendar sync, lists, scale and custom tags, as a monthly subscription.
Can I try Pro or Max for free?
Yes — Pro and Max start with a 7-day free trial. The full terms are in the note under the plans: what the trial includes, what is kept if you do not subscribe, and how to cancel.
Does Rippo work offline?
Yes. On Free and Plus, scanning and your contacts run entirely on your iPhone, so everything works without a signal. On Pro and Max you can browse contacts you have already loaded while offline; scanning, adding, editing and deleting need a connection.
